-Produce quality drawings and models in a timely manner
-Ensure project designs are on track and moving forward in alignment with project scope
and timeline
-Report directly to the Owners
-Provide Project Design Schedule & Permit/Plan updates
-Independently lead computer-aided designs (CAD)
-Ensures compliance with required design standards, manuals, safety factors, geometric
tolerances, and customer, marketing and engineering specifications.
-Travel to project sites
-Work with city reviewers to obtain timely permit approvals
-Customer interaction to ensure satisfaction
