Project Manager

Description

Our Emery Lane Homes is growing! We are looking to hire a Full-Time Project Manager to join our team. This role will focus on managing daily construction operations for new and remodel homes that are assigned from start to finish.

General Duties

-Ensure project is on track and moving forward in alignment with project scope and timeline
-Report directly to the VP of Construction
-Provide Project Schedule updates
-Coordinate and manage all orders and deliveries with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
-Oversee change orders
-Oversee construction site workers

Daily Schedule

(can vary based on priorities)

-Site visits to ensure subcontractors are performing their scopes of work per plans
-Make quality control punch lists to improve trade workmanship
-Work with city inspectors for building inspections
-Customer interaction to ensure satisfaction
-Work with material vendors and suppliers for estimates and deliveries
-Request and submit subcontractor bids and invoices
-Jobsite safety monitoring

Essential Skills

-Detail oriented & efficient, able to balance and prioritized numerous projects
-Experience managing budgets for construction projects
-Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment
-Ability to read structural drawings and plan sets
-Excellent communication skills & strong attention to details
-Understanding of Excel

Minimum Requirements

-3+ years project management experience in remodeling and new home construction
-Experience in overseeing construction trades
-Must have a clean driving record
-Must be able to lift at least 55 lbs
-Spanish preferred however not required

Salary:

$55,000 -75,000 DOE; BONUSES; GAS CARD
