About Emery Lane Homes | Luxury Home Builders

Luxury homes should be as functional as they are beautiful.

With our trusted design, architecture, and construction team and partners, every detail flows with your family’s lifestyle.

Helping families live better in their homes since 2019

At Emery Lane Homes, we believe a home should simplify your daily life and be designed around your family’s needs. We design and build homes that match how your family actually lives—practical, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed from the ground up.

Our mission is simple: no wasted space, no unnecessary luxury, just smart, purposeful design that enhances family life.

Experts who understand family life

At Emery Lane Homes, we guide you through a smarter way to build. Our founders are family men and veterans of the construction and real estate industry, combining 50+ years of experience to ensure your home serves your family—not the market.

Why We’re Different:

Before you build, ask yourself:

Do you have a builder who already has trusted relationships with architects, designers, and construction specialists—or will you be starting from scratch coordinating everyone yourself?

That single question can make the difference between a home that simply looks good and one that truly works for your family.

Emery Lane is not a place but a feeling.

The name Emery Lane was created by co-founder Chad Klock.

A South Dakota native, Emery is the name of the small town where Chad grew up. It’s a tight-knit, small community where everyone knows each other and relationships are formed to last a lifetime. When trying to decide on a name for their newest venture, it was Chad who suggested Emery Lane Homes, as he wanted the brand to evoke the same honest, small-town feel of where he was raised.

Whether it’s a remodel or new build, Emery Lane creates homes that honor neighborhoods with impeccable craftsmanship that are designed for the lifestyle of the modern family. Which is why we want all our clients to “live life on the lane”.
