Chad brings over a decade of deep roots in the Phoenix real estate market, with a  background in finance and home builder representation and more than $100 million in  residential, multifamily, and commercial transactions. Richard brings 20+ years as a  general contractor and developer, with nearly 800 homes built or remodeled across the  country.
