Most luxury homes range from 12 to 24 months from planning to completion, depending on the size of the home, level of customization, and permitting timelines. The design and architectural phase alone typically takes a minimum of 6 months before construction begins. We’ll give you a realistic timeline at the start of your project and keep you updated at every stage.
Every Emery Lane project is assigned an experienced construction manager, a dedicated superintendent, and a project coordinator. You’re not passed around, you have a consistent team who knows your project inside and out from day one.
As involved as you’d like to be. At minimum, you’ll receive regular weekly updates and have access to real-time project progress through our project management platform. Our team sends outs weekly updates and always encourages formal walkthroughs at key milestones throughout construction so you can see your home taking shape firsthand.
Yes. Our team manages all permitting, city and HOA approvals, and construction oversight from start to finish. You won’t need to navigate that process on your own.
Yes. This is one of the most important things that sets us apart from production builders or spec-only developers.
