Every Emery Lane project is assigned an experienced construction manager, a  dedicated superintendent, and a project coordinator. You’re not passed around, you  have a consistent team who knows your project inside and out from day one. 

As involved as you’d like to be. At minimum, you’ll receive regular weekly updates and  have access to real-time project progress through our project management platform.  Our team sends outs weekly updates and always encourages formal walkthroughs at  key milestones throughout construction so you can see your home taking shape  firsthand. 

Yes. Our team manages all permitting, city and HOA approvals, and construction  oversight from start to finish. You won’t need to navigate that process on your own. 

Yes. Depending on the phase of construction, buyers have the opportunity to select or  approve finishes, fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and other design elements.  Our team will walk you through the selection process with guidance from our talented design partners to help you make decisions that are both beautiful and cohesive. 

Yes. We specialize in large-scale luxury remodels and transformative renovations. Our  remodel projects typically require planning, permitting, and professional construction  management. Yes, and this is often one of the most valuable conversations we have with clients early  on. We can evaluate your existing property, factor in your goals and budget, and give  you an honest assessment of whether remodeling or scraping and rebuilding delivers  better value for your investment. 

For the size and scope of projects we typically take on, living in the home during  construction isn’t recommended. However, if you’re adding a guest house, casita, or  ADU and the main home isn’t being altered, you can stay in your home. Since all of our  projects are unique, we’re happy to discuss options that apply to your specific home.
